Apparently Xehanort's and Eraqus' is that of old school mates. I find a problem in that Xehanort looks like he's close to thirty years older than Eraqus!

Explanations are that Xehanort is a few years older than Eraqus, like Terra is to Ven. There's also the fact that Eraqus is totally Asian and everyone knows that Asians age really well. Xehanort is a fictional race where white hair at a young age is perfectly natural and therefore not Asian.

This is supposed to be the pair when they're late teens, early twenties.

Either way, here's my explanation for the difference.
